3. Bookings and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

We accept payments via cash or card.

Full payment is required upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be accommodated subject to availability and adequate notice.

5. Warranty

We offer a 6-month warranty on all repair work, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, misuse, or third-party interference.

6. Third-Party Liability Disclaimer

Carvallo Customs is not responsible for any third-party evaluations, assessments, or decisions regarding our repairs (e.g., lease return inspections or dealership appraisals).

7. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure your vehicle is clean and accessible at the time of the appointment.

Provide a private space with adequate room for us to safely carry out the repair. We do not work roadside or in public/street environments due to safety and legal restrictions.

Inform us of any pre-existing damage or modifications.

Follow aftercare instructions provided post-repair.

8. Liability

While we take all necessary precautions during our repair process, Carvallo Customs is not liable for:

Any indirect or consequential losses;

Damage resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be available upon request and on our website if applicable.
